Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Who we are

Verdict (verdict.travel) is operated as an independent platform based in the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@verdict.travel.

2. What data we collect

We collect minimal data. When you use Verdict, your search queries are processed to return results. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not store your searches beyond the duration of your session. If you contact us by email, we store your email address and the content of your message.

3. How we use your data

Search queries are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate results. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests. We use anonymised analytics data to understand how the site is being used and to improve it.

4. Third-party services

Verdict uses the following third-party services: Anthropic (AI processing), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and affiliate partner platforms including GetYourGuide, Viator, and Booking.com. When you click a booking link, you will be subject to that platform's privacy policy.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. See our Cookies page for full details.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email privacy@verdict.travel. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Verdict after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
